Johnny Walker

Middle School History
Prior to joining Campbell Hall in 2023, Johnny taught History at PUC Triumph Charter High School in Sylmar. He also facilitates Harvard Graduate School of Education courses and designed model curriculum for The Library of Congress' Teaching with Primary Sources program. Johnny co-wrote the chapter "A Culture of Questioning: How to Use Student Questions to Springboard Powerful Primary Source Learning" in The Educators' Handbook for Teaching with Primary Sources, published by the Columbia University Press. He works with The Right Question Institute, teaching people to ask questions to empower participation in systems that affect them. Johnny holds a B.A. in History and Political Science from Yale University and an M.A. in Teaching Secondary Social Science from The University of Southern California.
