2021 Southern California Diversity Recruiting Fair

Research shows that a diverse, equitable, and inclusive learning environment is critical to student success and a marker of educational excellence. One crucial component in creating such an environment is having a diverse faculty and staff that reflects the beautiful mosaic of students we teach. As such, we are participating in the third annual Southern California Diversity Recruiting Fair on February 20, 2021 from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM to recruit faculty, staff, and administrators from underrepresented groups. More than 40 other independent schools in Los Angeles are also participating.

In addition to the fair, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in panel discussions on a variety of topics relevant to working in an independent school.

In order to participate in the fair, job candidates must submit a resume via the online system by Friday, February 5, 2021.

Professional Development Inspires Innovation in the Classroom

Campbell Hall emphasizes professional growth and development with opportunities to attend conferences, seminars, and educational sessions both outside and within the school.

In the 2018-19 school year, more than 100 faculty and staff participated in over 70 professional development opportunities. In addition, upon approval, faculty may also be reimbursed up to $20,000 tax-free for obtaining an advanced degree.

Continued professional development for faculty is vital for keeping educators updated on the latest advances in teaching strategies, emerging technology tools for the classroom, and new curriculum resources — all of which can positively impact student achievement. Professional development allows teachers to hone their craft, refresh their skills, and come back with new ideas that they can implement in the classroom as they model a love of lifelong learning.

In addition to highly competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive array of quality benefits to support our employees' health and enhance their lives with additional wellness programs and initiatives.
