SoCal Diversity Recruiting Fair 2020

Research shows that a diverse, equitable, and inclusive learning environment is critical to student success and a marker of educational excellence. One crucial component in creating such an environment is having a diverse faculty and staff that reflects the beautiful mosaic of students we teach. As such, we are participating in the second annual Southern California Diversity Recruiting Fair 2020 to recruit faculty, staff, and administrators from underrepresented groups. More than 40 other independent schools in Los Angeles are also participating.

In addition to the fair, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in panel discussions on a variety of topics relevant to working in an independent school.

In order to participate in the fair, job candidates must submit a resume via the online system by Friday, February 11, 2020.

Benefits

In addition to highly competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive array of quality benefits to support our employees' health and enhance their lives with additional wellness programs and initiatives.
