  • **IMPORTANT COVID-19 BUS INFORMATION**

Campbell Hall is working to ensure that all health and safety standards recommended by the California Department of Education, the CDC and other leading health organizations are in place as part of our reopening plan. This means the Campbell Hall Bus Program will unavoidably implement the following:
    • Limited capacity for our bus routes. Due to potential physical distancing guidelines, spaces on the bus may be dramatically limited.
    • Assigned Seating. Only one student or a set of siblings per bench seat. This does not apply to siblings.
    • Face masks must be worn at all times on the bus, no exceptions.
    • No Late Bus. The evening return bus has been cancelled until further notice as there are no after school activities.
    • No one-way or guest riders. Due to social distancing restrictions all seats will be assigned.
    • No wi-fi. Campbell Hall has had to add buses to try and accommodate as many families as possible, as a consequence we have had to cut down on services.
    • Please see the COVID-19 Transportation information page for more details.

  • Bus Safety

Your child's safety is of paramount importance to both Campbell Hall and Mission School Transportation. Please observe the following bus safety guidelines:
    • Parents are to supervise their child at the stop. On the bus, the driver is in charge.
    • Parents may not get on the bus.
    • Elementary students will not be allowed off the bus without an adult present at the bus stop.
    • Students are to follow the driver’s instructions at all times.
    • Students must use seat belts at all times.
    • Make sure your student knows the name of his/her bus stop, and the names of those allowed to pick him/her up from the bus.
    • Parents may never stop in the street to meet the bus or park in "red zones." Legally park and wait at the stop with, or for, your child.
    • In the case of a bus accident, parents will be notified by the bus company or Campbell Hall about appropriate safety measures. Mission Transportation has an excellent safety record and works collaboratively with the California Highway Patrol on all issues. Please review the Mission Transportation Safety Guidelines that will be provided to you upon registration.
