Alumni Courtyard

We are proud to announce

A Campbell Hall Tradition

Campbell Hall has prepared students for their future by nurturing talents, fostering critical thinking, and instilling strong values. Our alumni exemplify this remarkable education which is illustrated by all the GOOD they do each and every day.

As a Campbell Hall alum, you have been integral in shaping the school’s special history, helping to form the community and traditions that our students enjoy today. Now is your chance to honor the school that encouraged you along your own unique pathway and, in turn, be recognized by those who will walk a similar path.

Leave your mark on Campbell Hall

By purchasing a courtyard stone, you will have the pleasure of visiting campus and viewing your enduring testament of support of Campbell Hall for years to come. Inscribed stones will be permanently installed in the newly-created Alumni Courtyard located on the high school campus to showcase the impact that each alum has had on our school.

Proceeds for the Alumni Courtyard will directly support the newly-established Alumni Legacy Scholarship, providing Financial Aid to children of alumni whose families might not otherwise be able to afford a Campbell Hall education. Once fully funded, the Alumni Legacy Scholarship will be available through the Admissions and Financial Aid application process.

What do I need to know about The Alumni Courtyard?

List of 12 frequently asked questions.

  • Where is the courtyard located?

The Alumni Courtyard is located in the center of the high school campus. More specifically directly in front of the high school office between the science and math classrooms.
  • When will the inscription begin?

Once all the courtyard stones are places and set a company is coming to campus with a sandblasting machine to engrave each stone that has been purchased. Moving forward inscriptions will happen every July (i.e. July 2023, July 2024, July 2025).
  • What are the payment options?

Campbell Hall will work with the individual or family on the best payment options for them. We are accepting monthly, quarterly or annually. The plans start as low as $20 per month over 3 years. To discuss other payment options please contact Aubrey Rakoski at 818.505.5385 or It is important to know that the stones will not be inscribed until the entire fee is collected. • What is the payment deadline?

All payments collected by June 30, 2023 will be inscribed in July 2023. If you miss the June 30, 2023 deadline we will inscribe your stone the following year July 2024, July 2025, and so on.
  • What if the current location is completely sold?

Campbell Hall is prepared to expand the courtyard into more areas of the high school campus. Our vision is that we will eventually cover certain areas of campus with stones that showcase the rich history of our alumni and community members.
  • What technique is being used to engrave the stone?

We have hired RTC Engraving to sandblast each stone.
  • How does the Milestone Stone work?

A Campbell Hall community member can start a fund that celebrates or acknowledges a milestone in CH history like a graduating class, team victory, established club or theater performance. Once the $3,000 is reached the stone will be inscribed. For example: Class of 1944, Robotics Championship 2045, Basketball Team CIF Champion 2050, Debate Team State Champion 2060, etc. You can track the Milestone progress here.
  • Can I see a sample?

Yes, samples will be on display at all alumni events. You are also welcome to schedule an appointment on campus with the Alumni Office to see the stone samples. Email Aubrey Rakoski at for a meeting.

    Individual stone is 8x16 inches
Small Family Stone is 16x16 inches
Large Family stone is 24x24 inches
    Milestone is 16x24 inches
Board Stone (In Honor or In Memory of) is 8x24 inches
  • Can I pick the area my stone is placed?

The stones are first come first serve. As they are purchased the next available stone will be where yours is. The only way to have stones be close in proximity is to purchase them at the same time.
  • How will I find my stone?

The engraved stones will be assigned a number. After your stone is engraved we will send you a photo and number along with a map of the space. That way when you visit campus and come to the Alumni Courtyard you will be able to find the exact location of your stone.
  • What if the stone gets damaged?

Each year in June the Alumni Director will review the stones and determine if they need to be replaced. If your stone requires maintenance we will contact you and let you know that it will be removed and replaced in the next batch.
