Alumni Courtyard

We are proud to announce

A Campbell Hall Tradition
THE ALUMNI COURTYARD

Campbell Hall has prepared students for their bright futures by nurturing talents, fostering critical thinking, and instilling strong values. As a Campbell Hall alum, you have been integral in shaping the school’s special history, helping to form the community and traditions that our students enjoy today. Now is your chance to honor the school that encouraged you along your own unique pathway and, in turn, be recognized by those who will walk a similar path.

By purchasing a courtyard stone, you will be able to view your enduring testament of support of Campbell Hall each time you visit campus. Proceeds from the Alumni Courtyard will directly support the Alumni Legacy Scholarship, providing Financial Aid to children of alumni whose families might not otherwise be able to afford a Campbell Hall education. The Alumni Legacy Scholarship is available through the Admissions and Financial Aid application process.

What do I need to know about The Alumni Courtyard?

List of 10 frequently asked questions.

  • Where is the courtyard located?

The Alumni Courtyard is located in the center of the high school campus, directly in front of the high school office between the science and math classrooms.
  • How often are stones inscribed?

Each July, an engraving company arrives on campus to sandblast the stones of individuals and families who have completed their purchases by June 30 of that year.
  • What are the payment options?

Campbell Hall will work with each individual or family to set up a payment plan that works best for them. Plans include lump sum, monthly, quarterly, or annual payments. Plans start as low as $20 per month. All payments must be fulfilled within three years and stones will only be inscribed once payment has been completed. To discuss payment options, please contact Aubrey Rakoski, Associate Director of Advancement, Alumni Relations, at 818.505.5385 or rakoska@campbellhall.org.

  • How does the MileStone work?

Any Campbell Hall community member can start a fund that celebrates or acknowledges a milestone in CH history, including a graduating class, athletic victory, established club, or theater performance. Once the fund reaches $3,000, the stone will be inscribed. MileStone examples include: Class of “XXXX”, Robotics Championship, Basketball Team CIF Champion, Speech and Debate Team State Champions, etc. You can track the progress of current MileStones here.
  • Can I see a stone sample?

Yes, samples will be on display at all alumni events. You are also welcome to see the courtyard and stone samples by visiting campus. Contact Aubrey Rakoski, Associate Director of Advancement, Alumni Relations, at rakoska@campbellhall.org to schedule an appointment.

  • How will I find my stone?

Each engraved stone is assigned a number that corresponds to a location on the Alumni Courtyard. After your stone is engraved we will send you a photo of your stone, your assigned stone number, and a map of the space. This way, you will be able to easily find the location of your stone when you visit the Alumni Courtyard.
  • What if my stone gets damaged?

The Alumni Office conducts an annual assessment of the Alumni Courtyard. Engraved stones that are determined to be damaged will be removed and replaced in July at no additional cost to the donor.
