  • Meditation Guide

We come together weekly on Tuesday mornings (please see calendar for specific dates and times) to meditate together and create real and lasting connections with others. It’s a beautiful way to build community and new friendships, as well as, develop a healthy routine. To optimize the experience, it’s best to arrive a few minutes before the opening meditation begins. If you arrive during meditation for one of our in-person meetings, feel free to use the seats near the door. Latecomers will be invited into the group after the first practice concludes. Our time together is precious and sacred and everything shared is confidential. Please do your best to remain with us the whole time. We look forward to sharing this journey with you.

  • WHAT IS THE PARENT MINDFULNESS GROUP?

Meeting for the past 10 years, the Parent Mindfulness Group is a safe, confidential place where parents connect with one another, share experiences, engage in mindfulness practice, and express the complete range of human emotions. For many, it is our campus home, a place where we have made community, and our Tuesday morning ritual.
  • THE BENEFITS OF MEDITATION

Meditation calls us to our truest and best selves, bringing us inner peace, health, good habits, improved memory, and greater kindness. Through regular practice, we develop tools that support us on our parenting journey.

  • WELCOMING AND INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT

All levels of practice are welcome! This group is open to all Campbell Hall parents and parents of alumni. It is a great way for parents to get to know one another and form meaningful and lasting connections.

"As a new member to the Campbell Hall community, the Parent Mindfulness Group has been such an unexpected gift and an integral part of my Campbell Hall experience this past year. The entire group has been so incredibly welcoming and supportive and with the help of Laurie Cousin's insight and guidance, I've acquired so many invaluable tools that have helped me to become a better parent, partner, friend, and overall human being." - CH Parent
