Meet the Faculty

Shakirat Taylor

High School Principal
Shakirat Taylor began her teaching career in Dallas, Texas in 2007. Prior to joining Campbell Hall in 2022, she served as the superintendent and principal of Leadership High School in San Francisco. She taught Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science and Marine Science during the decade when she served as classroom teacher. Her leadership experiences include having served as science department chair, academic dean, assistant principal, and principal in Texas public schools. Shakirat holds a B.S. in Microbiology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Texas at Arlington and an M.A. in Educational Administration from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas.
