Alumna Receives Crown Award

Congratulations to Kiyomi (“Yomi”) Calloway ’16 who was honored with a Crown Award in the Sisterhood category.
Presented by Dove and the CROWN Coalition, this year's inaugural awards were presented on July 3 in honor of National CROWN Day to celebrate Black hair independence. #PassTheCROWN is working to end hair discrimination nationwide. In her acceptance speech, Yomi gives special mention to Campbell Hall and the Black Student Union for Girls (BSUG).
