How long have you been teaching at Campbell Hall? 3 years
What do you love most about teaching at Campbell Hall? For me, being part of the Campbell Hall faculty means that I am part of a beautiful community that supports each other and genuinely cares for one another. Each day, I am inspired by my students, and I so greatly honor their perseverance, courage, and kindness. As I come in to teach each day, I am excited for the small moments of students' growth that take place in our classrooms. What I love most about teaching is striving to support students in their self-discovery through the curriculum, whether it be in connecting to their identity, strengths, or future goals. Fostering that deep engagement in their learning, and watching them apply that engagement to their own interests, is incredible.
What are your hobbies? Outside of teaching, I find joy in making new recipes, listening to music, and spending time with friends. I am currently pursuing my Master of Education degree, and I enjoy finding new strategies to grow in my teaching journey. I also co-run a small business dedicated to self-care; I make candles and other homemade products.
