Alumna promotes gender equity at Harvard
Caysie Carter Harvey ’06 is the Associate University Title IX Coordinator for Harvard University. Bridging her love of higher education and civil rights, Caysie promotes gender equity and works to foster a community free from discrimination on the basis of sex. Most recently, Caysie co-led a University-wide, grant funded initiative, The Gender Inclusive Restroom Mapping Project, to ensure all community members, including those who are transgender, gender nonbinary, and gender nonconforming, have accurate and inclusive means of locating restrooms on Harvard’s campus.
