Girls' Volleyball + Tennis Dominate the Day

It was another strong day for girls' sports on the Campbell Hall Campus!

Girls' Volleyball began the strong day with a sweep Gold Coast League rival Paraclete!  Frosh/Soph was the first out of the gate with a 2-1 (25-15, 19-25, 15-12) victory over the Spirits. JV followed it up with a 2-0 (25-17, 25-16) victory of their own.  Varsity took over and finished the winning ways with a 3-1 (25-15, 25-13, 22-25, 25-8) League win.  The Vikings Varsity serving is what carried them to victory Tuesday night - Maggie Chiappetta-Uberti had a nine point serving run and Alejandra Velazquez had six serving aces to lead the Vikings.  Girls Volleyball is on the road at Crossroads Thursday night - JV at 5, Varsity at 6.

Girls' Tennis won their third game in a row, Tuesday.  The Vikings beat Oaks Christian 15-3 in a non-league match-up.  The Vikings will take on University High School (Irvine) on Thursday, in a rematch of last year's CIF Open Division Championship, one in which the Vikings were victorious. The game will be at 3pm at Weddington Tennis Center.

Great job, again, ladies!
