Julie Scurry '97

Secondary Human Development
Julie began her educational career in 2001 at the The HELP group which provides services to children with special needs related to autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, ADHD, developmental delays, and abuse and emotional challenges. She went on to work at Winston Preparatory School and Park Century School where she was the Clinical Coordinator and School Social Worker. She joined Campbell Hall in 2015 as the High School Director of Educational Support Services and in 2020 moved into the role of secondary human development educator. Throughout her career, Julie’s clinical work has held an emphasis on adolescents with learning disabilities. Julie holds a B.A. in Creative Writing with a Minor in Cinema -Television from the University of Southern California and a Masters in Social Work from New York University. Julie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California.
