Meet the Faculty

Ray Griffin

High School Science
Ray began teaching in 1992 at Monroe High School in the Los Angeles Unified School District. Prior to joining Campbell Hall in 2001, he taught a methods class at UCLA’s Graduate School of Education to help new science teachers become better prepared for teaching. Before Ray became a teacher, he worked as a professional geologist and consulting engineering geologist for many years. Ray holds a B.S. in Geology from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is also a Registered Geologist and a Certified Engineering Geologist with the state of California.
