Meet the Faculty

Elizabeth Santonastaso

High School World Language, Spanish
Elizabeth began teaching English and Spanish at Campbell Hall in 1974 and served as the World Language Department Chair from 1977-1989. Prior to joining Campbell Hall, she worked on Premier Orfeón, a music and dance show, for Televisa, Mexico. During a year-long sabbatical from CH, Elizabeth taught at Island School in Kauai, Hawaii. She has also served as an AP Reader for the College Board. Elizabeth received her B.A. in Spanish Literature with a minor in English Literature from the University of California, San Diego where she was a Teaching Assistant for one year. She received her M.A. in Spanish Literature and Linguistics from California State University, Northridge and also received a Teaching Credential for secondary and college levels. Elizabeth is a member of The Cum Laude Society.
