Jim Meade

Middle School History and Theater
Jim began teaching in 2000 as a Graduate Student Instructor at Eastern Michigan University. While working on his graduate degree, he served as the Director for several productions at the Festival of New Works at The University of Michigan and he received the Graduate Research Presentation Award at Eastern Michigan University. He went on to teach at Illinois Institute of Art and Westwood College in Chicago before joining Campbell Hall in 2007. Jim writes music in a band, and his music has been featured on a number of TV shows. He also writes music for Campbell Hall’s Summer Arts Academy productions. Jim received his B.A. in English Language and Literature from the University of Michigan and his M.A. in English Language and Literature from Eastern Michigan University.
