Uniform Guidelines - Secondary

All clothing—uniform and free dress—must fit properly and be in good condition. The faculty and administration reserve the right to determine whether or not any item of clothing is appropriate. Students may be asked not to attend class if dressed inappropriately.

Uniform Guidelines: Monday - Thursday

List of 10 items.

  • Pants/Shorts/Skirt/Sweatpants

    • Must be an approved CH uniform item (consult Uniform-at-a-Glance as a resource)
    • Shorts and skirts must reach to fingertip length or longer
    • Pants and shorts must be khaki or navy twill (no blue denim)
    • Sweatpants must be plain navy blue (no logos, from any vendor) or navy blue Campbell Hall issued; they may not be leggings or pajama pants
    • Skirts must be khaki, plaid (plaid option available at Dennis Uniform), or navy twill (no blue denim)
    • Undergarments must not be visible
  • Shirt

    • Must be an approved CH uniform item (consult Uniform-at-a-glance as a resource)
    •  White or navy polo, with or without CH logo
    • White collared, button-up dress shirts, with no logo
    •  A plain white undershirt, with no logos, may be worn under the uniform shirt
    • Undergarments must not be visible
  • Sweater (Optional)

    • Must be worn over the uniform shirt
    • Plain navy blue (no logos) v-neck, crewneck or cardigan
    • Plain white cardigan (no logos)
    • CH emblem optional
  • Sweatshirt (Optional)

    • Must be worn over the uniform shirt
    • Plain navy blue (no logos) or navy blue Campbell Hall v-neck, hooded, crewneck and/or zipper front
    • 2nd and 3rd Trimesters only, seniors may wear college sweatshirts
  • Spirit Gear (Optional)

    The following Campbell Hall collared shirts or sweatshirts being sold at our online Campbell Hall Spirit Wear Store and through our campus Viking Trailer may also be worn on uniform days:
    • Spirit Gear collared shirts:
      • Must have Campbell Hall logo or name
      • Must be solid navy blue or solid white
    • Spirit Gear sweatshirts:
      • Must have Campbell Hall logo or name
      • Must be solid navy blue, gold, ash (gray), or white
  • Campus Group Shirts/Sweatshirts (Optional)

    • Any recognized groups on campus desiring any modification to the dress code— including but not limited to color, logo, artwork, and cost—must submit a proposal for these modifications to the principal for approval.
  • Jacket (Optional)

    • Must be worn over the uniform shirt
    • Any jacket not made of sweater or sweatshirt material
  • Tights (Optional)

    • Must be worn under uniform shorts, pants or skirt
    • No ripped tights
    • White, navy, black, or ballet pink
  • Cap/Hat/Beanie/Hoodie (Optional)

    • Must be a CH hat or solid navy blue
    • No hat may be worn indoors during the school day
  • Shoes

    • Shoes must be closed-toe
    • No slippers, moccasins, or other footwear intended as loungewear

Friday Free Dress

  • No clothing with graphics or photographs regarding tobacco, alcohol, illegal substances, or inappropriate pictures or language
  • Undergarments may not be visible
  • No articles of clothing that are low-cut, high-cut, or sheer
  • No spaghetti strap, strapless, racer-back, halter shirts, or ribbed tank tops
  • Shorts, skirts, and dresses must reach to fingertip length or longer
  • Tights may not be ripped
