- 12:00 pm: ALL SENIORS meet on the steps of the Garver Gym
- 12:30 pm: All seniors will travel together via bus departing from Campbell Hall to the Walt Disney Concert Hall (no exceptions). Parents must electronically sign the Authorization and Release Form included in the 2026 Graduation & End-Of-Year email sent to senior parents on Monday, May 4.
- 2:00 pm: Will Call table in Main Lobby opens
- 3:30 pm: The Walt Disney Concert Hall doors open for seating
- 4:00-5:45 pm: Graduation ceremony (seniors will depart with their families after the ceremony)
Graduation Tickets

- In early May, each student was mailed 4 complimentary tickets for their family in the PRIME seating area. Seniors with two households had two complimentary tickets mailed to each address. Students will be on stage and will not need a ticket.
- If you will not need all four tickets, please return the extra tickets to the high school office as soon as possible so that others may use them.
- Each family can request up to eight additional complimentary tickets in the SECONDARY seating area beginning May 4 and will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

- For everyone’s safety, Campbell Hall will NOT issue tickets to those who simply walk up to the venue’s Will Call table. Their names must be submitted by parents/guardians ahead of time through the online ticket form. Photo IDs will be checked at the Will Call table.
- Please note that all tickets are computer-generated, and seats have been randomly assigned. We are required to use the venue’s numbered tickets, and no one will be admitted without one. These tickets are difficult to replace, so please secure them in a safe location.
- Tickets are required for everyone, including small children and infants.
- Please note that a graduation announcement is NOT a ticket—please communicate with your family in advance of their arrival.
- If more complimentary tickets are needed, requests can be made starting June 1 for seats in the TERTIARY seating area using the same ticketing form.

Do’s & Don’ts

- DO leave flowers/leis at the complimentary coat check until after the ceremony.
- DO give yourself extra time to navigate multiple street closures in Los Angeles, including The Broad expansion, locate parking in the garage and make your way to the venue.
- DO bring a light jacket in case you get chilly inside the venue.
Please keep in mind that commencement is both a joyous and dignified event. We kindly ask that you express your excitement in ways that will not prevent others from hearing the speakers or enjoying the ceremony.
- DON’T bring balloons. They are not allowed inside the venue.
- DON’T bring posters or any items that will obstruct others’ view.
- DON’T bring noise makers, air horns, beach balls, confetti cannons or any items that may be disruptive to the ceremony or that may be confused for gunfire. These items are not allowed inside the venue.

- Gown, Cap, and Tassel: Students must bring their Gown, Cap, and Tassel along with comfortable shoes to wear during rehearsal. Attire worn under gowns should be suitable for this special occasion. We will have a full run-through at the Walt Disney Concert Hall once students arrive.
- Bag: Students may bring a small, light bag to carry shoes and any small items.
- Pins: 13-year and/or Cum Laude Society pins may be worn on your gown. No additional adornment on the gown or cap may be worn before or during the ceremony.
- Gold cords for Graduates with Distinction (students with a cumulative, weighted GPA of 3.667 or higher by the end of the second trimester of their senior year) will be distributed to qualifying students at the Walt Disney Concert Hall before the ceremony.
- Snacks will be provided. Vending machines are also available at the venue.
- Chewing gum is NOT ALLOWED at graduation.
Gown Care

Gown Care:
Graduation gowns are 100% polyester and should NOT be washed or dry cleaned. They may be gently spot washed by hand, only if absolutely necessary. Gowns should be stored on a clothes hanger in a spacious area to release the wrinkles. If necessary, they can be steamed on low heat. Do NOT iron gowns as this may damage them.

Cap Care:
Store graduation caps flat, in a dry location, as the mortarboard could take on moisture if it is too humid.

Wear your gown, cap & tassel on graduation day when you meet at 12:00 pm on the Garver Steps.

- Intermission Bars will be selling snacks & non-alcoholic drinks inside the Walt Disney Concert Hall. Other eateries/snacks inside the venue may not be open during the event.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the venue.
