- Complete the Request for Tuition Payment Plan/Emergency Financial Aid (Please submit this form as a first step. If you will be applying for financial aid, continue on to the next step and complete the PFS).
- Complete the Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS)
- Use the school code 2029
- Note that all information is pre-pandemic, but is still important in assessing relative need; your current situation can be explained in the free response area at the end of the form, or by emailing financialaid@campbellhall.org
- Submit the PFS with a $51 fee
- Upload tax documents as requested; if corporate or other documents apply, upload also under Additional Documents
