Dr. Toya Holiday

Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice
Toya began her career with Los Angeles Unified School District in 1986, teaching math, English as a Second Language (ESL), and Human Development in schools across the San Fernando Valley and the county. She also served as 9th grade Dean at Robert Frost School. She later taught at Lincoln Parish District in Ruston, Louisiana, before bringing her leadership and talent to Campbell Hall in 1999. During her tenure at Campbell Hall, Toya has taught middle school math and Human Development and held a variety of roles, including 9th Grade Dean, Elementary Athletic Director, and Athletic Co-Director. From 2003 to 2015, she served as head coach of the varsity girls’ basketball team, leading them to a CIF Championship in 2012. She became the K-6 Director of DEIJ in 2020, Co-Director of DEIJ K-12 in 2021, and now serves as the Director of DEIJ. Toya holds a B.S. in Business Administration from United States International and earned a Doctor of Education with a focus in Educational Practice from the University of Missouri–St. Louis.
