Aaron Curry ’10

Developing a Dream
Aaron Curry ’10 is currently working in commercial real estate development, primarily on the Hollywood Park project in Inglewood, CA. This 300-acre site includes a 500,000 square foot retail experience, 2,500 apartments, commercial offices, and the state-of-the-art SoFi Stadium, home of the NFL teams the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers. Aaron notes: "My main role is working on behalf of the developer to handle retail leasing operations.” This includes lease negotiations, retail-specific marketing, construction coordination, and tenant relationship management.
