Thank you for your interest in Campbell Hall. 

Our application deadline for Fall of 2026 has passed.

While our application portal remains open for those wishing to submit a late application, please note that we do not guarantee consideration or interviews for late applicants.

Applying to Middle and High School (Grades 7-12)

  • Step 1: Submit the Online Application

    Fill out the an online application and pay the non-refundable $150 processing fee via credit card.

    Important Note: Campbell Hall considers 12th-grade applications only under extenuating circumstances. Please reach out to the Admissions Office prior to completing a senior-year application.

  • Step 2: Schedule the Student & Family Interview

    Interviews run from September through January and include an in-person campus tour. The 45-to-60-minute session includes a one-on-one conversation with the student, as well as joint time with parent(s)/guardian(s).

    Please Note: Applications must be submitted by November 16, 2026, to guarantee an interview. Applicants to Grades 8, 10, or 11 who interviewed last season do not need to interview again.

  • Step 3: Submit Recommendation Forms

    We require three electronic recommendation forms submitted directly via your online portal checklist:
    • One current English Teacher Recommendation Form
    • One current Math Teacher Recommendation Form
    • One current School Administrator Recommendation Form

    Tip: You may select "defer" in the system to complete your application now and send the recommendation requests later.

  • Step 4: Request Transcripts and Submit Testing

    Please send a signed copy of our Transcript Release Form to your child’s current school. We require the current report card along with official transcripts covering the two prior years of schooling.

    If your child has taken the ISEE please submit those results. Campbell Hall’s School Code is 052133. Applicants who have not taken the ISEE can submit the results of the SSAT, HSPT, CTP, or any other standardized exam from the past calendar year.

  • Step 5: Financial Aid Application

    Complete the financial aid application process by January 20, 2027. Detailed step-by-step instructions and portal links can be accessed on our Tuition + Financial Aid resource page. An admissions application must be submitted before applying for financial aid.

Applying to Elementary School (Grades K-6)

  • Step 1: Submit the Online Application

    Fill out the online application and pay the non-refundable $150 processing fee via credit card. Kindergarten applicants must be five years old by September 1 of their enrollment year.

  • Step 2: Schedule Your Family Interview

    After submitting your application, you will receive an email invitation to schedule an in-person, 45-to-60-minute family interview and brief campus tour. Parent(s)/guardian(s) and the applicant attend together.

    Please Note: Applications for Grades 1–6 must be submitted by November 16, 2026, to guarantee an interview. Those reapplying who completed an interview last season do not need to interview again.

  • Step 3: Participate in Evaluations

    Kindergarten
    • One-to-One Evaluation: Kindergarten applicants complete an individual readiness evaluation during their scheduled family interview visit.
    • Kindergarten Mini Day: Applicants will come together on a designated Saturday for group socialization and classroom activities. Scheduling instructions are emailed after you schedule your family interview.

    Grades 1-3
    • Applicants will come together on a designated Saturday to complete a readiness evaluation in a group setting with other applicants. Scheduling instructions are emailed after you schedule your family interview.

  • Step 4: Submit Recommendation Forms

    Submit your confidential electronic recommendation form requests electronically via the online portal by entering your recommenders' email addresses. Requirements vary by entry grade. 

    Kindergarten
    One Preschool Recommendation Form from the current preschool director/teacher.

    Grade 1
    One Teacher Recommendation Form from the student's current teacher, plus one Administrator Recommendation Form from a current school administrator.

    Grades 2-6
    Two Teacher Recommendation Forms from current academic teachers, plus one Administrator Recommendation Form from a current school administrator.

    Tip: You may select "defer" in the system to complete your application now and send the recommendation requests later. Please note you can return to your portal to add the recommender or print PDF forms from our website.

  • Step 5: Provide Official School Transcripts

    Please send a signed copy of our Transcript Release Form to your child’s current school. We require the current report card along with official transcripts covering the two prior years of schooling. If your child has not yet completed two full years of school, please provide all report cards they have received to date.

  • Step 6: Apply for Financial Aid (if applicable)

    Complete the financial aid application process by January 20, 2027. Detailed step-by-step instructions and portal links can be accessed on our Tuition + Financial Aid resource page. An admissions application must be submitted before applying for financial aid.

    Application deadline for current Campbell Hall families with sibling applicants entering Kindergarten, Grade 7, and Grade 9.

  • October 15, 2026

    Current Family Financial Aid Deadline
    Financial aid application deadline for current Campbell Hall families requesting tuition assistance.

  • November 16, 2026

    Guaranteed Interview & Sibling Deadline (Other Grades)
    • Grades 1–12: Recommended application deadline to guarantee an admissions interview appointment.
    • Current Families: Sibling application deadline for all grades other than Kindergarten, Grade 7, and Grade 9).

  • December 16, 2026

    General Application Deadline
    Final K–12 admissions application deadline for all applicants.

  • January 8, 2027

    Recommendations & Transcripts Deadline
    Deadline for submitting official school transcripts and teacher recommendations. Missing item statuses are updated in the online application portal after January 31, 2027.

  • January 20, 2027

    New Family Financial Aid Deadline
    Financial aid application deadline for prospective new families requesting tuition assistance.

  • March 12, 2027

    Admissions Decisions Released
    Campbell Hall emails K–12 admissions decisions and corresponding financial aid determinations (if applicable) to all families.

  • March 19, 2027

    Enrollment Commitment Deadline
    Deadline for admitted K–12 students to finalize enrollment and submit contracts (due by 12:00 PM PST)
