  • Tryout and Practice Information

We are very excited about the upcoming season and look forward to our continued success in the Middle School Delphic League.  Before the season begins, we wanted to take this time to share some important information with you.

Practices will be at multiple locations throughout the season. They will take place at the Van Nuys/Sherman Oaks Baseball Field located at 14201 Huston St., they will stay on campus, or they will go to the local batting cages. The team’s practice schedule will vary from week to week. Please check the Middle School Baseball Team Page to get the most up to date information. I will also send weekly information through the online notifications so please sign up for those. Once your son makes the team you will receive step by step instructions on how to sign up if you have not done so already.

Practices will be held 4 days a week (Monday through Thursday). The players will be transported by bus to their off-campus practice destination immediately after school. At the conclusion of practice, any player who is not picked up by his parents or his regular carpool, will ride the bus back to Campbell Hall for pick-up. A player will only be released to his parents, unless he has brought a note from his parents or sent Jenn Prince an email stating otherwise. Practices will end at 6:00pm. Therefore, anyone riding the late bus will be back in time for the late bus if their practice is off campus.
