Isabelle Picalause

Isabelle began teaching in 1983 at Mokhtar Soussi High School, Casablanca, Morocco. Prior to joining Campbell Hall in 1997, she taught at a number of educational institutions all over the world including Broadmoor Elementary School in Baton Rouge, LA, the Kisfaludy Károly Bilingual High School in Mohács, Hungary, the Shanghai Foreign Studies University and High School in Shanghai, China, the Xian Foreign Languages University in Xian, China, and the Educational University and Centre Régional Francophone Asie-Pacifique in Hô Chi Minh City, Vietnam. She was awarded the 2012 "Sandy Jacquard Recognition" for Excellence in Teaching the French Language by the Southern California American Association of Teachers of French (AATF). Isabelle received her B.A. in Romance Languages and Literature from The Université Catholique de Louvain in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium and her M.A. in Language Didactics from Mons State University in Mons, Belgium.
