Nurturing Healthy Sexual Development in a Hyper-Sexualized World

Cindy Pierce
CO-PRESENTED WITH OAKWOOD SCHOOL
November 7, 2017

Cindy Pierce is a social sexuality educator and comic storyteller who is on a mission to give students perspective and information so that they can better navigate cultural, media and peer pressures, particularly around their social lives and sexual relationships.
She also equips parents and educators with key information to help them guide their kids and students through these murky waters. By weaving together expert opinions, personal anecdotes, and the real feedback of today’s college and high school students, Cindy helps make those ‘difficult’ conversations a little less difficult for everyone. Ms. Pierce is the author of Sexploitation: helping kids develop healthy sexuality in a porn driven world and sex, college & social media. Join us for a hilarious evening and leave with a new understanding of the complicated social lives of our children.
