Kathy began teaching in 2006 at LAUSD/Riverside Drive Elementary School in Sherman Oaks, CA. As Technology Coordinator/Instructor, she led the collaborative efforts to rebuild the computer lab and the K-5 integrated technology curriculum to go with it. Prior to joining Campbell Hall in 2020, she taught 6th grade humanities at Crestview Preparatory School in La Canada, CA, where she served as English Department Chair, Upper Elementary. She has participated in CATDC Department Chair and Middle School Teachers of History cohorts. Kathy has over 15 years of film and TV production experience with production credits that range from several studio box office hits to a Sundance Independent Film Festival short. She holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, an M.A. in Teaching from the University of Southern California, and a California Teaching Credential in Multiple Subjects.
