Rosa began her career in education in 2002 teaching science in the bay area before moving back home to the San Fernando Valley to teach biology and coach soccer at Reseda High School. Rosa joined Campbell Hall in 2004, teaching middle school and high school science as well as coaching the middle school girls' soccer team her first four years here, and continued to teach marine science through 2016 as she took on different roles. In 2008, she became Campbell Hall’s first Director of Diversity and Inclusion, serving in that position for 7 years. Rosa then moved on to become Associate Director of Admissions for grades 7-12 before assuming the role of Campbell Hall’s High School Assistant Principal in 2020 and returning to the classroom as a science teacher. Rosa holds a B.S. in Biological Science, a B.A. in Spanish Literature, and a M.A. in Education from Stanford University, as well as an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from UCLA.
