Reading + Writing Workshops
In this long-standing School program, 1st - 4th graders brainstorm, write, edit, and illustrate bound books related to a certain class-specific theme. At the end of this months-long process, families are invited to a special event where students proudly present their stories in small groups.
This program allows students to engage in an animated exchange of creative ideas and learn from one another as they develop their narrative writing skills.
