  Spring is a time of renewal! Join CH moms Jennifer Friedman (Jack ’26) and Talia Rimokh (Gabby ’24) for a mini-workshop and guided meditation led by Jenn Friedman (National Board certified Life Coach/Meditation Teacher/Akashic Records certified) to awaken a deeper part of you.
  
  You will learn tools and techniques to help you create a personal practice for shifting your attention from the mental noise to the powerful present moment. Certified Sound Healer Zoe Scaljon will then lead the group in a magical sound bath. The day will conclude with a delicious and healthy Mediterranean meal. Each guest will be gifted a journal to keep a record of the process to help the journey continue at home.
