  • For Summer Camps + Enrichment Programs

Change or Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be issued if requested in writing by the first day of the session for all classes, programs, and camps. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THE FIRST DAY OF THE SESSION for any of our camps or enrichment programs. Transfers to another camp may be made only by the second day of the session.
  • For High School Academic + Enrichment Classes

Refund Policy: NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THE FIRST DAY OF THE SESSION FOR ANY “1-SEMESTER” OR ENRICHMENT CLASSES. Students enrolled in “1-year classes” can withdraw from the second half of the course if a withdrawal request is made in writing before the start of the second half of the class. A pro-rated refund will be issued for students withdrawing from the second half of a one-year high school course.

Campbell Hall Summer Class Attendance Policy:
Due to the accelerated nature of summer classes, a student who is absent more than 20% of any “for-credit” summer class will be withdrawn from the class and will not receive credit. The Campbell Hall policy regarding tardies will apply to all “for-credit” summer classes, whereby three tardies is the equivalent of missing one class.
