Campbell Hall Summer Programs offer a variety of camps, activities and courses for campers and students of all ages on the beautiful 15-acre campus located in Studio City. All of our programs are available to the public. In addition to the camps, classes, and enrichment offerings that have made our Summer Programs a popular option for children of all ages, we are also excited to announce the addition of several new programs that expand the scope of our offerings.
Change or Cancellation Policy: A full refund, less a $25 processing fee, will be issued if requested in writing up until May 1, 2019 for all classes, programs, and camps. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER MAY 1, 2019 for any of our camps or enrichment programs. A $25 transfer fee will be charged for any camp or enrichment program transfer made between May 1, 2019 and 9 am on the second day of any camp or enrichment program for which the transfer is being requested. Refund Policy:NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER MAY 1, 2019 FOR ANY “1-SEMESTER” OR ENRICHMENT CLASSES. Students enrolled in “1-year classes” can withdraw from the second half of the course if a withdrawal request is made in writing before the start of the second half of the class. A pro-rated refund, minus a $100 withdrawal fee, will be issued for students withdrawing from the second half of a one-year high school course.
Campbell Hall Summer Class Attendance Policy:Due to the accelerated nature of summer classes, a student who is absent more than 20% of any “for-credit” summer class will be withdrawn from the class and will not receive credit. The Campbell Hall policy regarding tardies will apply to all “for-credit” summer classes, whereby three tardies is the equivalent of missing one class.
