Library Resources for Children
Hillsides, the Episcopal Home for Children in Pasadena, provides a loving home environment, including care, treatment and education, for children who are victims of abuse, neglect or abandonment. Most members of the Campbell Hall family know Hillsides as the recipient of our Christmas Gift Sharing.
An ongoing project for Hillsides is the updating of their library, which is staffed entirely by volunteers and which was founded by and dedicated to former Campbell Hall librarian Lynn Angell. Funds donated are used to purchase hardware, software, books, and videos that not only provide the children with easy access to references, but also joy in reading a variety of kinds of literature.
