Katherine Kwan MacDonald '84
Kathy is still not used to being addressed as “Your Honor” but that’s only because she’s just recently been appointed Administrative Law Judge at the California Public Utilities Commission in San Francisco. Unlike Superior Court Judges who hear cases on multiple subjects, Kathy only hears cases relating to her area of expertise: public utilities regulation. She is involved with cases involving California’s investor-owned utilities including Southern California Edison and PG&E, telephone companies like AT&T, and non-municipal water companies, as well as railroads, public charter carriers e.g. Greyhound, limousines, and taxi companies.

Consider giving an amount that corresponds with your graduation year - $20.10 for the 2010 class, etc., or whatever fits into your budget.
