Is the new family fee in addition to the total tuition?
Yes. The new family fee applies to new families only, and is in addition to tuition and fees.
If I have more than one student starting Campbell Hall, do I need to pay multiple new family fees?
No. The new family fee is a one-time charge, per family.
What type of payment options do you offer?
We have three payment options:
Annual 1 Payment, due in June
Semi-Annual 2 Payments, due in June and November
Monthly* 10 Payments, beginning in June and ending in March of the following year

*Monthly payment option requires online registration with FACTS for automatic payments. An 8% service fee will be assessed for this payment option
How do I make a payment for tuition, childcare or Campbell Hall bus?
1. Electronic payment through our secure website at www.campbellhall.org/payment (preferred method)
2. Electronic check (ACH) payments – no convenience fee will be added if you choose to pay with an electronic check
3. Credit card payments – a convenience fee of 3% will be added to credit card payments. We accept American Express and MasterCard
4. Mail payment to Campbell Hall, 4533 Laurel Canyon Blvd., North Hollywood, CA 91607
5. Deliver payment in person to the business office at 4705 Laurel Canyon Blvd., Suite 200, Studio City, CA 91607

Should I pay in person or mail my payment if it's due today?
In the interest of time, online payment is best at www.campbellhall.org/payment. Or you may hand-deliver your
payment to the business office at 4705 Laurel Canyon Blvd., Suite 200, Studio City, CA 91607.
How do I find out if my payment was received?
Please check with your bank or credit card company. If your transaction has not cleared, please email

Where is the Business Office Located?
The business office is located off-campus at 4705 Laurel Canyon Blvd., Suite 200, Studio City, CA 91607.

How does the Tuition Guarantee Plan work?
The Tuition Guarantee Plan (referred to as “Plan”) fee of $225 included in tuition and fees applies to tuition only; it does
not apply to any fees. The Plan provides you and the School with financial protection should it be necessary for a student, who
has attended Campbell Hall for at least 30 school days, to withdraw or be dismissed before the end of the academic year. The TGP fee
will be included in the first billing and will be effective only after it has been billed and paid for, and after a student has attended
Campbell Hall a minimum of 30 full school days. In the event of separation due to disciplinary action, no refund of tuition will be made,
and the balance of tuition due under this Agreement shall become immediately due and payable. Please call the business office if you have
any questions.
How do I register my child for the Campbell Hall bus?
Registration is done online through the Campbell Hall website at www.campbellhall.org/bus.
How do I register for FACTS?
Registration is done online through the FACTS website click here. (Must be done by May 1st)
Who do I call if I have trouble with the online enrollment contract?
If you have questions regarding your logon or password, or the contract, please email student

Can I do paper enrollment?
No. We are only accepting online enrollment. If you do not have access to a computer, we will have a computer
available at the business office at 4705 Laurel Canyon Blvd., Suite 200, Studio City, CA 91607, between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm,
Monday through Friday.
I submitted the online enrollment contract but have not submitted the registration deposit; is my child registered?
No. In order for your child to be registered, we must receive both the online enrollment contract and the required registration deposit.
