High School Competitive Team Sports
Team sports are ever popular and growing in all divisions. The high school programs are functioning at a very high level. Our sports programs are consistently in the race for league titles in multiple sports each season. The specific programs are strenuous and time consuming. Students make tremendous commitments to participate on athletic teams. The high school currently is a member of the Gold Coast Athletic Conference and is a member of the California Interscholastic Federation (CIF-SS). Each student must go through a try out process before being selected as a member of a team. Coaches are united in their expectations for good sportsmanship. Although teams strive to win each contest, wining or losing is a small portion of the daily challenges that students face while competing in high school athletics.
