Part III: The Future
Campbell Hall is dedicated to continually improving the implementation of its mission to educate citizens and leaders of the next century, caring about their intellectual and spiritual formation. The Episcopal identity of the school continues as a distinctive hallmark and as an invitation to help students develop as decent, loving, and responsible human beings, aware of their moral, spiritual, and intellectual identity, whatever their religious heritage. Academically, the school will move boldly to strike a crucial balance between innovation and essential skills. The faculty and staff will be supported in their commitment to grow in the core competencies of the expanded Campbell Hall professional development program. As a community of parents, students, and teachers, the challenge continues to be ever sensitive to the philosophy of the community of inquiry-a model of wholeness which incorporates diversity as described in the strategic plan. The school is confident in its direction, humbled by its responsibilities, and poised to move forward purposefully and thoughtfully into the next decade of its history.
As we look to the future we are thankful to the many members of the Campbell Hall community who dedicated their volunteer efforts to help the school plan for the future. Thank you to the Board of Directors, Strategic Planning Committee, faculty, staff, parent-body and student-body, who contributed time and thought to questionnaires and focus groups of many kinds. And thanks especially to the faculty and staff, teaching from a sense of vocation, for their commitment to further this community and the students entrusted to its care.
